E-commerce has trained everyone to expect one thing: faster delivery. Next day. Same day. Preferably yesterday. But speed comes at a cost. Half-empty vans, inefficient routes and massive warehouse peaks.

Wuunder saw the problem and built a smarter system: GreenChoice. A delivery model that consolidates shipments based on timing and location to reduce kilometers and emissions.

The challenge was simple. Explain a complex logistics innovation in a way people actually understand.

We did not start with the technology. We started with the tension. E-commerce is obsessed with faster delivery, even when it makes logistics worse. So instead of selling speed, we positioned GreenChoice around a better idea.

We created an animated explainer video that shows how GreenChoice consolidates deliveries and why that benefits retailers, consumers and the environment.

The video became the centrepiece of a LinkedIn campaign and a sales toolkit used in presentations and onboarding.
