Having a side job while studying – we’ve all been there. Choosing the right one that will give you a head start in your career can be quite challenging. That’s exactly where Studentflex comes in. Having established themselves in the market of recruitment, Studentflex asked us to sharpen the brand’s positioning, and translate this into campaigns and content. For both B2B (lead generation) and B2C (candidate recruitment).

Strategy

Creating the perfect match between students and companies such as Adyen, Uber Eats and Vandebron requires a specific approach. Studentflex identifies a student’s strengths (beyond studies), ambitions and how this matches with a specific company culture. In short: it’s a specific mindset that creates the perfect match.

Our approach focused on finding the shared mentality of highly ambitious organisations (B2B) and the aspiring young talents (B2C).
