We’ve been involved with Wuunder since their start-up days. The past few years have been all about growth, with expansion in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We were asked to make sure the brand is ready for the next growth phase. Our challenge: develop an updated brand strategy & proposition, and bring this to life with a new overall communication concept.
Strategy
Our strategic ‘Fox Framework’ enabled us to collaborate closely with the marketing team and the founders. Combining an inspiring origin story with data and insights from existing customers proved to be the ideal mix for our strategy. This led to the new strategic foundation, where we defined the unique mindset that’s at the heart of Wuunder’s success.

Idea: Smart, Simplified, Sustainable.
Making the complex simple is has been in the brand’s DNA since the start. This resulted in a summary of the core brand idea into three words: Smart, Simple, Sustainable. The creative concept emphasises Wuunder’s ability to empower its clients with the use of their shipping platform.
We made sure to keep the existing distinctive brand assets, and add a stronger human touch to the overall brand experience. Especially in a B2B category it’s crucial to make the brand stand out from the crowd.

- Increased internal alignment on the brand promise and positioning.
- Brand toolkit and assets delivery to enable consistent roll-out across markets.
