Arvato Financial Solutions is a leading international B2B financial services provider, working for brands like H&M, Ikea, Zalando and Vodafone. Arvato’s state-of-the-art solutions enable companies to give their customers the (online) shopping experience they deserve.
Our task: introduce the brand in the Netherlands, targeting C-level executives.
Arvato has a distinct mentality, reflected in all their services. By focusing on improving the customer experience across all financial touch points, they increase the value of good customers. As a result, this also identifies / filters out fraudulent customers, minimizing financial risk for companies. In short, this is the ‘happy flow’.
We developed a communication concept that cuts through the typical bland ‘financial services’ market clutter, inspired by the idea of ‘happy flow’. We focused on the real added value Arvato offers their clients: give each and every consumer a seamless customer journey, across all financial touch points. This resulted in an integrated approach with executions in print (Financieel Dagblad), display ads, a blow-up for a trade event, social content and digital activation ideas.
